International Account Manager

Role
As an International Account Manager, you will support the commercial development of Panouge’s brands and help expand and strengthen its worldwide network of distribution and retail partners.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of international clients
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up
- Identify and help open new markets by prospecting potential partners and supporting entry strategies
- Monitor and develop commercial partnerships, ensuring they remain active, productive, and aligned with Panouge’s objectives
- Support negotiation and implementation of commercial agreements under the guidance of senior team members
- Handle export orders
- Maintain and enhance the client relationship, addressing requests, issues, and follow-ups
- Analyze sales performance by client, region, and/or brand using data from internal systems
Your Profile
- Master’s-level degree (Bac +5) from a business school or in international trade
- Fluent English required (daily communication with international partners)
- Solid understanding of international trade and distribution
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong commercial sense, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Sensitivity to the fragrance, cosmetics, or luxury industry is a plus

Key responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Support the management of various e-commerce websites, including content updates and customer engagement initiatives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the online cosmetics market
- Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative marketing strategies
- Contribute to the Sales teams and acquire experience in relationship building
- Participate in creating a seamless customer experience for both online sales and in-person sales
- Assist the retail management team
Your Profile
- Student pursuing a degree in marketing, digital communication, business, or a related field (minimum of one year completed)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and French
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Suite, Canva, WordPress, and basic knowledge of SEO principles
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools like Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills

- Have precise attention to detail with the ability to manage time effectively
- Analytical mind with good Excel, Canva, and WordPress skills
- Be flexible and have the capability to multitask
